Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 17, 2026
KOREA ADVANCED MATERIALS Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "the Company") operates the QuantumShield L2 blockchain infrastructure and related services at quantumshield.xyz (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you interact with the Service, you may provide blockchain wallet addresses and transaction data. We do not require personal identification to use the Service.
Automatically collected information: We may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and access timestamps for operational and security purposes.
Blockchain data: All transactions on QuantumShield L2 are recorded on a public blockchain. Transaction data, wallet addresses, smart contract interactions, and associated metadata are publicly visible and permanent by design.
2. How We Use Information
- Operating and maintaining the QuantumShield L2 network
- Providing testnet faucet services
- Monitoring network health and security
- Improving the Service and user experience
- Complying with legal obligations
3. Blockchain Public Data
QuantumShield L2 is a public blockchain network. All on-chain data — including transaction history, wallet addresses, smart contract code, and state — is inherently public and immutable. This data cannot be deleted or modified after confirmation. We do not control or have custody of your private keys or funds.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses minimal local storage (localStorage) for language preference only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services on the main website.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties, except:
- When required by applicable law or legal process
- To protect the security and integrity of the network
- Blockchain data that is publicly accessible by design
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service infrastructure. The QuantumShield L2 network uses post-quantum cryptographic signatures (ML-DSA-65, NIST FIPS 204) to protect against quantum computing threats. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Blockchain data is permanent and immutable by design. Testnet data may be reset during network upgrades.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold (excluding public blockchain data, which is immutable). Contact us using the information below to exercise your rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
